Order administrator

In this role you are responsible for the entire order administration. You ensure that the entire order process - from purchase order to B2B and B2C order processing - runs smoothly. In concrete terms, this means that your task package looks like this:

  • Purchase order administration: from data control to entering purchase orders and taking care of the necessary administration around our GOTS sustainability certification. In addition: maintaining contact with suppliers to check whether lead times are achieved. Following the order from order entry to delivery and keeping relevant stakeholders (marketing, sales) informed about this. Finally: claim management towards suppliers.
  • B2C order processing : adjust and complete orders, investigate and resolve any errors in orders. For this you work closely with our logistics fulfillment partner and our customer service team.
  • B2B order processing : entering orders in the B2B portal, checking, adjusting and confirming orders to our accounts, creating backorders, ensuring a proper transfer of B2B orders to our logistics fulfilment partner.
  • Master data management: you ensure that all product data is correct in all systems
