GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SUITE702 (International) Version: 19 June 2025

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via www.suite702.com by consumers residing outside the Netherlands, Germany, and France. They comply with EU consumer protection laws and international e-commerce best practices.

  1. Definitions

1.1 Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a trade, business, craft, or profession.
1.2 Trader: SUITE702 B.V., the party offering products via the webshop.
1.3 Distance contract: an agreement concluded within a system organized for distance sales, without simultaneous physical presence.
1.4 Withdrawal period: the time frame in which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
1.5 Durable medium: any tool that enables the consumer to store information in a way that is accessible in the future.

  2. Scope These terms apply to all offers from SUITE702 and to every distance agreement between SUITE702 and consumers who place orders via the international version of the website. Deviations are valid only if confirmed in writing.
  3. Offer and contract formation 4.1 Product listings are not legally binding offers but invitations to place an order.
    4.2 A contract is formed when SUITE702 sends an order confirmation by email.
    4.3 SUITE702 may reject orders or attach conditions to delivery.
  4. Prices and payment 5.1 All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are listed separately.
    5.2 Available payment methods are listed on the website.
    5.3 Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
  5. Delivery and retention of ownership 6.1 Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
    6.2 Delivery will take place within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
    6.3 The goods remain the property of SUITE702 until paid in full.
    6.4 If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed promptly.
  6. Right of withdrawal 7.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
    7.2 The withdrawal must be communicated clearly (preferably by email).
    7.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
    7.4 The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  1. Returns and refunds 8.1 Returned items must be received within 14 days of withdrawal.
    8.2 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
    8.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
  2. Warranty and liability 9.1 Legal warranty rights apply.
    9.2 SUITE702 is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Liability is limited to the value of the order.
  3. Intellectual property All content on www.suite702.com (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright. Use without written permission is prohibited.
  4. Dispute resolution and applicable law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers may always rely on mandatory provisions of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
