We ship everything with PostNL. We have tested several. PostNL is the most reliable and punctual shipper. In doing so, they use an honest way of working for their deliverers and are most committed to the environment. For example, their entire fleet (fleet) will switch more quickly to electric driving or gas. Orders outside the Netherlands are handled outside the Netherlands with a partner of PostNL.
It is required by law that you can change your mind for 14 days when purchasing online. We find it especially important that everyone is satisfied with their purchase. If you change your mind or have doubts about the color, you can return the items within 30 days. You will then receive your money back. The bedding including original packaging must be unused and look neat.
If you want to return a product, send an email to email@example.com. We will send you a return link via our sender (PostNL) with which you can create a return label. The steps you have to go through are very simple and self-explanatory.
As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, we will immediately refund the purchase amount via the payment method with which you paid the order. € 7.50 is charged for a return shipment within the Netherlands. You are also very welcome to bring the package yourself to our studio in Amsterdam.For a return shipment outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs depend on the country from which it is shipped.
