- The Deliverytime
If you order during weekdays, your order will be packed the same day or the day after and delivered within two days. We try to deliver the day after order as much as possible. We are a small company and do not want to make promises that we cannot always keep. It may take not one but two days.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday and delivered the day after. When your order has been packed, you will receive an email with the Track and Trace code.
- What happens when you are not at home
We send all our packages with PostNL. If PostNL fails to deliver the package to your home the first time, it will be offered again the next day. If it is not possible to deliver your order to you, you can pick up the package at the nearest service point. You will receive a notification from PostNL where you can pick up the package.
- Status of your order
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track and Trace code from PostNL. With this Track & Trace code you can see the status of your order.
- Your order has been shipped, but you have not received anything yet
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Has your order been on "Shipped" for more than three working days? Call or email us, we will immediately check it out for you.
- Shipping costs
SUITE702 does not charge shipping costs from € 50 in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you place an order under € 50, we will not send a package, but a postal item. The shipping costs are then € 5 Euro.
- Shipping abroad
We can very well imagine that everyone around the world would like to have these fantastic bedding and of course we are happy to contribute to that. We currently do not have standard ordering options for this. Call or email us, and we will let you know immediately how much shipping costs there are for the specific country. We will therefore let you know immediately within how many days you can expect your order.
It may be (only outside the European Union) that the customs in the country where the package is sent to, charges costs and import duties. These costs are always for the recipient.
- Send return
You have up to 30 days to change your mind. If you want to return a product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a return link via our sender (Post.nl) with which you can create a return label. The steps you have to go through are simple and self-explanatory.
As soon as we have received the return shipment in good condition (unused / unwashed / including original packaging), we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method with which you paid for the order.
A personal contribution of € 7.50 is charged for a return shipment. You are also very welcome to bring the package yourself to our studio in Amsterdam. Call before you come.

It is not possible to exchange a selected item for another item. You can return the product, after which we will refund your purchase amount. You can purchase the replacement product yourself in our webshop.
- Packaging and / or product is damaged upon arrival
It can happen that an order arrives damaged. If you can already see damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the product and ask the delivery person to report this immediately. If you have already accepted the product and later find out that the packaging is damaged, check if there is any damage to the product. If that is the case, please contact us as soon as possible after finding out; email@example.com. We will let you know as soon as possible if we can replace the product or if it can be solved in another way.
- Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period officially expires 14 days from the day of your receipt of the products. After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any doubts about the color, you can return the unused items (including packaging) within 30 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We ask a contribution of € 7.50 for the costs of returning the goods. Provided it concerns a shipment within the Netherlands. Send us an e-mail and we will make a return shipment for you, and you will automatically receive a clear e-mail explaining which steps to go through. It is all very simple.
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments (minus the shipping costs) that you have made up to that point, back from us within 14 days.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

- Return shipment processing
After we have received your return request, we will send you a return email. With the return email that we send you, you print a shipping label and you can deliver the package at a Post.nl service point.
As soon as we have received and processed the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Processing can take up to 5 working days. If you have not received a message 5 working days after you have returned the item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as we have received your return shipment, the return amount will be refunded to the bank account specified by you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
- Payment method
At SUITE702 you can pay with IDeal, almost all credit cards and PayPall.

You will never be charged for paying.
- Always pay safely
Paying at SUITE702 is of course safe. Whether you pay via iDEAL, credit card or PayPal, your data is optimally protected.
- Use discount code
If you have received a discount code, you can enter it during the checkout. In the cash register you will find the '+ Add discount code' button under the heading 'Check your order'. When you click on this, a field will appear where you can enter your discount code. You can only use one discount code per order.
Our bedding is machine washable and can be easily washed at 60 °. But especially the dark colors stay beautiful longer if you wash the bed linen at 40 °. Washing at a lower temperature is also better for the environment. It is best to wash dark and light laundry separately. By using a fabric softener, the bed linen dries faster and ironing becomes a bit easier.
- TO DRY
The bedding of SUITE702 can be tumble-dried, preferably dry at a low temperature. It is better to dry the bedding on a clothesline or drying rack. This is better for the environment and wrinkles less. The percale bedding will wrinkle more from the dryer, while the linen bedding will become a bit softer.
You can iron the bed linen on the cotton setting on your iron.
Bed linen and especially percale cotton bedding can wrinkle considerably. It doesn't feel any less good. The bedding can of course be ironed, but if you think that is too much work, we recommend that you take the bedding out of the dryer early. If the bedding is still slightly damp and then hung on a clothesline or drying rack, the bedding will be significantly less wrinkled.
